Refund Policy
How refunds work for anything you buy from us.
How to request a refund
Email us using the address on the contact page, with the name of what you bought and the email address used at purchase. We respond to every request.
Digital products and courses
If a purchase is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request. Refunds are handled case by case, taking into account how much of the material has been accessed.
Classes and private sessions
Live classes and private sessions can be rescheduled or refunded when you give reasonable notice before the scheduled time.
Exceptional circumstances
We always refund duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and technical problems that prevent access to what you paid for.
