What a class is like
Classes are intentionally small and unhurried. Teaching is mixed with demonstration and practice, and there is always time for questions — including the ones that feel too small to ask elsewhere.
Partners are encouraged to attend and take an active part. Much of what is practised is aimed squarely at them.
Classes are general education delivered to a group. They do not include individual clinical advice.
