Morolake Ilesanmi, RN, ICCE is a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse and International Certified Childbirth Educator dedicated to helping expectant parents prepare for pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey with confidence. Through BirthPrep, she combines evidence-based education with compassionate guidance to empower families to make informed decisions and feel supported every step of the way.

After supporting parents through labor and birth at the bedside, the same pattern kept appearing: the parents who felt steadiest were the ones who had been properly prepared beforehand — not the ones who had read the most, but the ones who understood what was happening and why.

Morolake founded BirthPrep to give more parents that preparation, in a form they can fit around real life — and to build a platform where evidence-based childbirth education is taught clearly by experienced nurses.
